We are thrilled to announce the recipients of this year’s Cancer Pathology Translational Research Grants (CPTRG).
The 2025 competition holds particular significance as this is the first time since 2021 that we were able to run this competition. Due to reductions in the OMPRN budget, our long-standing support for pathology-led research was put on hiatus despite strong and persistent interest from our members. This return of the CPTRG program for one more “hurrah” is an opportunity for us to recognize the curiosity, dedication and collaborative spirit that defines OMPRN members.
This year’s funded projects covered digital and spatial pathology along with AI-driven approaches to diagnostics and biomarker discovery. For more information on these and other projects, please visit our Funded Projects webpage.
